Kiuu Mall accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Depending on availability and location, payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or other third-party payment services.

Payment Authorization

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

Your bank or payment provider may temporarily place an authorization hold on your account. The timing for releasing an authorization hold is controlled by the financial institution.

Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges. These fees are not controlled by Kiuu Mall.

Payment Security

Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Kiuu Mall generally does not directly receive or store complete payment card numbers.

Payment Verification

To reduce fraud and unauthorized transactions, we may request additional information to verify:

The identity of the purchaser;
The billing address;
The payment method;
The shipping address;
The legitimacy of the transaction.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and refund.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, system, or supplier error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
