This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Kiuu Mall are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Sales and promotional periods;
  • Holiday seasons;
  • Product launches;
  • High order volumes;
  • Inventory verification;
  • Payment or address verification.

Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the destinations available during checkout.

The availability of shipping services may depend on the customer’s location, carrier coverage, product restrictions, and applicable import regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped to the address provided.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.

Depending on the destination and selected shipping method, delivery may generally take:

  • Canada: approximately 5–12 business days;
  • United States: approximately 7–15 business days;
  • Other international destinations: approximately 10–25 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, remote destinations, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Any free-shipping offer is subject to the conditions displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after a shipping label is created.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Recipient name;
  • Street number and street name;
  • Apartment or unit number;
  • City;
  • Province, state, or region;
  • Postal or ZIP code;
  • Country;
  • Telephone number where requested.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Kiuu Mall is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information submitted by the customer.

7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Kiuu Mall does not control customs decisions and cannot guarantee whether charges will apply.

Customers are responsible for confirming that products may legally be imported into their destination country.

8. Delayed Packages

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.

We will assist you in reviewing the shipment with the carrier.

9. Lost Packages

A package is not considered lost solely because it arrives after the estimated delivery date.

If tracking shows no delivery and the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we may offer a replacement or refund after completing the necessary investigation.

10. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location;
  2. Ask household members, neighbours, reception staff, or building management;
  3. Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct;
  4. Contact the carrier directly;
  5. Contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

We will assist where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as correctly delivered by the carrier.

11. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

You may receive more than one tracking number and the packages may arrive on different dates.
