Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Kiuu Mall. Please review this Refund and Return Policy before placing an order.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition;
  • Include its original packaging, labels, accessories, and promotional items;
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, washing, stains, odors, or improper use;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the relevant order number.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

Please provide:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • The item you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return;
  • Clear photographs or videos if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Do not send a return to the address shown on the shipping package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, Kiuu Mall will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

For returns caused by personal preference, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or an incorrect shipping address submitted by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return resulted from our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Kiuu Mall is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during return transportation.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include clear photographs of:

  • The product;
  • The defect or damage;
  • The shipping package;
  • The shipping label;
  • Any incorrect item received.

After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate remedy.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned unless defective or unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Personalized or customized products;
  • Gift cards;
  • Final-sale or clearance products clearly marked as non-returnable;
  • Products that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery;
  • Products without their original packaging, hygiene seals, tags, or accessories;
  • Personal-care, beauty, cosmetic, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive products after their protective seal has been opened;
  • Items returned after the applicable return period.

6. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The fastest way to obtain a different item, color, or size is generally to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

7. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

If an order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, any refund may be reduced by:

  • Original shipping charges;
  • Return shipping charges;
  • Customs charges;
  • Carrier handling fees;
  • Other costs incurred in recovering the package.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or legal remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection law.
